Jan 22; 9:00 am: Public Safety responded to a fight call in front of the Library. One of the articipants was contacted by safety. The second subject had left the area. The incident was documented.
Jan 22; 3:30 pm: Public Safety was notified of a possible fraudulent scheme involving an attempt to obtain instructor course material in Behavioral Sciences. The investigation is continuing.
Jan 23; 4:00 pm: Public Safety documented the theft of an I-pad from an office in the “A” building during the previous weekend. The investigation is continuing. Jan 24; 11:40 am: Public Safety documented the theft of an unattended wallet from the
Testing Center Lobby. No further information is available at this time.
Other:
One medical incident was reported during this period that did not require medical transport. No motor vehicle accidents were reported during this period.

Jan 15; 10:00 am:
A late report was made to Public Safety regarding a possible sexual abuse on the Osborn campus between two students. Public Safety was notified that Phoenix PD initiated an investigation off campus the prior week. Osborn administration is also investigating the allegation.
Jan 18; 9:50 am:
Public Safety was notified and documented the loss of a door key by
staff/faculty.
Jan 18; 10:30 am:
Public Safety documented the theft of a purse from the library. It was
later recovered in the B building with all of its contents.
Other:
No medical incidents were reported during this period. One non-injury motor vehicle accident was reported late to Public
Safety.

Jan 4; 9:35 am: Public Safety responded to a mutual combat fight at the Osborn campus.
The incident was referred for administrative action.
Jan 8; 2:30 pm: Public Safety was called to the Library reference accidental damage that
occurred while moving shelving. No injuries occurred.
Jan 9; 8:45 am: Public Safety was called reference a criminal damage to a staff member’s
car window while parked in the North lot. No further information.
Jan 12; 9:13 pm: Public Safety staff called Phoenix Police after advising a subject to
leave multiple times. It is believed the subject may have broken a mirror on a Public
Safety cart as he was leaving the area. The subject left prior to police contact.

This was a very quiet time on campus. Safety received 1 check welfare call involving an incident in the gym. Upon arrival it was determined through discussion with the involved party that no injury occurred. The call was documented for reference.
