Nov. 19; 6:40 pm: Public Safety was contacted by a student reporting the theft of the
headlight and tail light off of his locked bicycle. The lights were attached with zip ties.
The bike was parked at the bike rack near the Book Store. CCTV was reviewed and
provided no evidentiary value.

No medical incidents were reported to Safety this week.
No motor vehicle accidents were reported to Safety this week.

Nov. 13; 11:30 am: Public Safety was contacted by a student reporting the theft of his
Levi jeans from an unsecured locker in the Men’s locker room of the gym. CCTV was
reviewed with no obvious signs of the theft.
Nov. 15; 12:00 pm: Public Safety was contacted regarding the ongoing theft of
merchandise from a nearby store by possible students. The investigation is continuing.
Nov. 15; 3:30 pm: Public Safety was contacted by faculty regarding a student’s unethical
behavior. The student quit the class. The behavior was documented by Public Safety.
Investigation is continuing

the scene but refused medical transport.

Nov. 5; 5:23 pm: Public Safety staff was contacted by a student reporting harassment by
name calling from an unknown subject near the “A” building. The incident started when
the student told the subject she did not have a light for him. No further information is
available.
Nov. 7; 5:40 pm: Public Safety staff was contacted regarding the theft of a cell phone
from an unsecured office in the Gym. No further information is available.
Nov. 8; 3:20 pm: Public Safety was contacted by a student regarding a verbal altercation
with an unknown male that took place the prior evening in the gym. No further
information is available at this time.
Nov. 8; 4:55 pm: Public Safety was contacted anonymously regarding an injured
person in the library. The injured student was contacted and it was determined that
he had a minor abrasion to his head and was intoxicated. The incident was referred to
administration for review/action.
Three medical incidents were reported to Safety this week. Two of the incidents required
emergency transport.
One non-injury accident was reported this week.

a laptop computer from a backpack on the Osborn campus. No further information is
available.
Oct. 29; 9:45 pm: Public Safety staff was contacted regarding the theft of a bicycle
secured with a cable lock. The bike was taken from a rack near the Bookstore. CCTV was
checked with negative results.
Oct. 30; 7:20 pm: Public Safety was contacted by staff regarding the theft of a cell phone
in the gym. No other information is available at this time.
Oct. 30; 8:35 pm: Public Safety was contacted by a student regarding a theft of an IPOD
left unattended in the cafeteria. No further information is available.
Oct. 31; 12:10 pm: Public Safety was contacted by a student reporting the theft of

of some of the stolen property.

You are invited to participate in PC2NAU, an award-winning joint-admission program between Phoenix College and Northern Arizona University. This program gives you access to the guidance and information needed to seamlessly transition from community college to NAU.
