Feb 20; 1:00 pm: Public Safety was contacted by PCDT staff reference damage done to
a MCCCD/PC vehicle. A side mirror had been broken off at approximately 1 am. The
incident was captured on camera. The video footage was turned over to the Phoenix
Police Department.
Feb 21; 1:40 pm: Public Safety was notified of a bicycle theft that occurred sometime
during the past two days. The bike had been parked and locked with a chain/combo lock
outside the Student Union. CCTV was reviewed with negative results.
Feb 22; 8:30 am: Public Safety was contacted by CTL staff regarding a past employee
utilizing computers in the Library without proper authorization. Investigation is
continuing.
Feb 23; 10:30 pm: Public Safety observed illegal dumping at the AAA facility. It appears
an unknown subject stripped the coating off wire and left the remains near the stairway.
No further information.
Other:
Two medical incidents were reported during this period; one required medical transport.
Two motor vehicle accidents were reported during this period.

Feb 7; 1:15 pm: (late report) Public Safety was contacted by faculty reference a possible
sick student. It was determined by Phoenix Fire that the student was intoxicated. He was
arrested for underage drinking and drug possession and booked on the charges by the
Phoenix Police Department.
Feb 4; 5:00 pm: (late report) Public Safety responded to preserve the peace during an
argument between a faculty member and a visitor on campus. A verbal dispute had
occurred but no crime was committed.
Feb 11; 1:45 pm: Public Safety was contacted by a student stating her vehicle had been
damaged in the West parking lot. The vehicle had been scratched in two locations on the
vehicle. CCTV was viewed with negative results.
Feb 11; 6:20 pm: Public Safety was contacted regarding the theft of a motor vehicle
from the West parking lot. CCTV was reviewed and provided no evidentiary value. The
Phoenix Police Dept. responded and also documented the incident.
Other:
Three medical incidents were reported during this period; one required medical transport.
No motor vehicle accidents were reported during this period.

answer sheets a file cabinet in the Dalby building. No further information is available.
Feb 7; 1:10 pm: Public Safety was notified by staff that an unsecured cell phone had been
taken by an unknown subject from the library. No further information available.
Feb 8; 10:00 am: Public Safety was contacted by a student stating he had been harassed
several times during the past few months on campus by an unknown subject. The victim
was directed to contact Safety when the subject was observed again.
Feb 8; 3:15 pm: Public Safety was contacted regarding the theft of office equipment
from the “B” building. The incident occurred over night and no suspect information is
available.

Student Union. The small cable lock had been defeated. A review of the CCTV system
was negative.
